This scene is along the Big Sur coast south of Carmel. I was so intrigued by the way the fog was obscuring the distant rock and beginning to blur the left side of the scene, while the right was still bathed in sunlight. I loved the contrast of the soft and sharp edges, and the bright blue water against the gold of the grasses along the top of the cliffs.
